Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 4 business days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Volhard aims to ensure its customers satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn, unused, and with tags attached.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given a store credit for the total price of the item(s) returned.
